Electronic Signatures

This document provides basic guidelines to be followed in the construction of applications that involve electronic signatures.  In this chapter, electronic signature options are defined and outlined. Security rankings are also provided for the electronic signature options. Based on categories of transactions, a table provides recommended use of electronic signature options. And, since there are many new terms related to electronic signatures, a glossary of terms is included.
