    For example, with one standard email system, a small number of administrators can maintain a system supporting all of state government. Mid Range Imaging Scanner

Minimum Specifications:
  • Scanner is compatible with all additional hardware and software standards
  • Document feeder must accept at least 100 pages at one time
  • Maximum document size must be at least 9.6" x 200"
  • Scanner must have an optical resolution of 600 dpi
  • Scanner must scan simplex mode up to 80 ppm and duplex mode up to 160 ipm in grayscale mode
  • Scanner must scan simplex mode up to 45 ppm and duplex mode up to 90 ipm in color mode
  • Scanner must have a USB 2 interface
  • Scanner must have the following scanning modes: simplex, duplex, color, grayscale, black and white, text enhancement, error diffusion
  • Scanner must have auto page size detection
  • Scanner must have an auto wake-up feature
  • Scanner must be compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise
  • Scanner must be Energy Star 4.0 or better certified
  • Scanner must come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty
