communities near Sioux Falls, the state's largest city.
The towns that lost the most people, percentage-wise,
from the 1990 Census to the 2000 Census were Camp
Crook (-61.6%), Artas (-53.6%), Spencer (-50.5%),
Cottonwood (-50.0%) and Onaka (-42.3%).
